Each flavour is created using the highest quality ingredients, all our ingreidents arrive to us raw and like chefs we hand chop, peel, slice bake and cook everthing ourselves.

There are no synthetic flavourings or off the shelf mixes or a long list of stabilisers and emulsifiers -  just real ingredient's.

We strongly believe in supporting our local producers, our milk and cream comes from the local dairy farm, honey from Northamptonshire bees and our eggs, raspberries and strawberries are locally hand picked when they are in season.

We use fair trade bananas and Madagascan raisetrade chocolate.

We wanted to make ice cream we used to taste in southern Italy as children with nothing but simple local, fresh ingredients and put it in a pot accessible for everyone to share. - so that's what we did!
